Artist: Paul Thek

Galerie Buchholz presents a new exhibition of Paul Thek in New York, the gallery’s second solo exhibition since co-representing the estate of the artist. Following the first exhibition which focused exclusively on a cycle of early paintings from 1963-1964, this exhibition brings together newspaper paintings, paintings on canvas, and drawings made between 1969 and 1987 as well as a 1971 sculptural installation and a quilted flag from 1977.
