GalleriesNow was started in 2014 by brothers Tristram and Patrick Fetherstonhaugh. The two of them grew up immersed in the art world and, realising that they nonetheless were missing exhibitions they wanted to see, they developed GalleriesNow.
From the beginning the resource has been at the same time an objective listing of the most interesting and important exhibitions, and a pro-active information source on what’s new and what’s closing soon.
Starting in London, quickly expanding to include New York, Paris and Berlin, and now working with galleries from Reykjavik to Melbourne and from São Paulo to Beijing - the resource has grown in size, reach and engagement to become one of the most relied upon sources of art information.
