Galleria Continua Beijing announces the launch of its new “CONT-IN-UA” exhibition project.
A new project space will be open to the public for a limited time, featuring focused exhibitions by Chinese artists and special art initiatives.
This exhibition centers on the artistic trajectory of Wang Yuyang, featuring key works and series created since 2005.
On view are paintings, sculptures, and installations, including early landmark works such as Breathe—A group of waste bricks, The Moon Landing Program, and Electricity, alongside equation paintings and the artist’s recent ongoing series Vortex and Plant.
Through diverse creative approaches and cross-disciplinary experimentation, the exhibition unfolds Wang’s exploration of another order of ingenuity, cognitive paradoxes, and the interplay between the creator and his tools, envisioning new possibilities of authorship in the age of technology.
