The Prince Claus Fund presents Far and Familiar, an exhibition bringing together the work of Sudanese photographers from the Fund’s Arab Documentary Photography Program. Curated by Ala Kheir and Ola Hassanain, the exhibition brings together a range of photographic perspectives, spanning documentary and more lyrical approaches to the medium. It features work by Mosab Abushama, Salih Basheer, Mohamed Altoum and Hassan Kamil. The exhibition brings together photographic practices that emerge from and respond to Sudan, and the different ways artists engage with a country in transformation.
