PNC Gallery was founded in Daegu in 2012, a city that has played an important role in the development of Korean modern and contemporary art. The gallery opened its Seoul space in 2019 and relocated to Samcheong-dong in 2026.
PNC Gallery has developed a research-driven program dedicated to placing Korean postwar and contemporary art within a broader international context. Through exhibitions, publications, archival research, and long-term collaborations with artists and institutions, the gallery seeks to create sustained critical and historical frameworks around the practices it represents.
