LATITUDE Gallery New York is a contemporary art gallery committed to advancing emerging and historically underrepresented voices across the Asian diaspora. Founded in 2020 by Shihui Zhou, the gallery has rapidly distinguished itself through a focused and intellectually rigorous program that examines identity, abstraction, and the complexities of cross-cultural experience within a global context.
Based in Tribeca, LATITUDE presents a tightly curated exhibition program spanning painting, photography, installation, and interdisciplinary practices. With a strong emphasis on sustained artist development, the gallery is recognized for fostering artists at critical stages of their careers while situating their practices within broader international and art-historical dialogues.
The gallery works with a dynamic roster of artists including Fang Yuan, Yirui Jia, Liane Chu, Yongqi Tang, Tiantian Lou, Kan Hung-ju, Xintong Gao, Jess Xiaoyi Han, Ellie Kayu Ng, and Baoying Huang, whose practices engage abstraction, diasporic identity, and evolving notions of cultural hybridity.
With a growing international presence and increasing engagement from collectors, curators, and institutions, LATITUDE continues to solidify its position as a distinctive and influential voice within the global contemporary art landscape.
