Ashley Saville announces the opening of her eponymous new gallery.
The new gallery is at 193 Fleet Street in London and will platform emerging as well as established artists across all disciplines.
Saville opens the gallery following many years of experience working with artists, galleries, and institutions, including work for White Cube, Gagosian, Sotheby’s, and the National Gallery.
The new space opened in May with an exhibition of the multidisciplinary artist Jason Shulman.
Titled “Moving Pictures”, the works reference both time and motion and dramatic intensity and include the acclaimed series where he captures the entire duration of a feature film in a single exposure, as well as more recent works where the long exposure is confined to a more specific source, images of cinematic kisses.
