This dynamic, online-only auction presents 40 works by Keith Haring coming directly from the personal collection of his lifelong best friend, Kermit Oswald. Spanning nearly the entirety of his artistic career, the works included in this sale offer an intimate examination of Haring’s diverse and interdisciplinary output, including early collages and text-based works of the mid to late 1970’s, a group of rarely seen prints, a vibrant canvas from 1987, wood carvings, exquisite drawings and collage, and other unusual objects Haring gifted to Oswald over the course of their friendship.
