Lullin + Ferrari presents Sunset Sour, Anne Morgenstern's first solo exhibition with the gallery. Shown for the first time, the series is the result of a long-term visual research developed across multiple places. Moving between portraiture, urban detail, and still life, Morgenstern captures a society caught in the attempt to hold back time. Ruins, scars, wrinkles, and fading paint read as omens of collapse — yet nothing touched by time is lesser for it; it grows magnificent in its excesses. Indifferent and capricious, the sun warms or burns at will. Sunset Sour is an invitation to savour it before it sets.
