Zürich Art Weekend takes a moment from organising their annual event to give us the low-down on their favourite places across the city.
ZAW is an annual three-day event in June on the weekend preceding Art Basel. Having started in 2018, the Weekend has almost doubled in size to 65 venues and organisations as well as expanding its annual audience to over 45,000 visitors to the city. Last year’s weekend featured 75+ exhibitions at 71 venues, over 150 events, and the work of more than 180 artists.

What's on at ZAW this weekend?
A dense, curated programme of around 80 exhibitions and 200 events across the city - connecting institutions, galleries, off-spaces, publishers, universities, collections, foundations, and independent initiatives. Ultimately, Zurich Art Weekend is not only about presenting art, but also about generating discourse and bringing different perspectives into dialogue.
