The World Around Us: Still Lifes by Robert Kulicke

Sotheby’s is pleased to announce, The World Around Us: Still Lifes by Robert Kulicke, an online sale presenting thirty-two works by the Contemporary painter Robert Kulicke. This catalogue of still lifes and landscapes are being sold by a distinguished private collector. Having formally studied advertising design at the Philadelphia College of Art, Robert Kulicke then moved to Paris on the GI Bill to begin his formal artistic training under Fernand Leger. Many of the small scale, delicate still lifes included in this auction beautifully exemplify Kulicke’s simplified treatment of modern subjects. This online sale is live for bidding from 30 November – 7 December 2020. Lots will begin closing at 12PM EST on Monday 7 December 2020.
