This March, Sotheby’s London is delighted to present our inaugural Modern & Contemporary Art auction. Capturing the manifold ways in which artists dare to challenge established norms, we will be offering exceptional works dating from the late nineteenth century through to the present day, showcasing the multifaceted and magnificent spirit of creativity.
Among the works on offer count such names as Claude Monet, Edgar Degas, Pablo Picasso, Marc Chagall, Damien Hirst, Christo and Tony Cragg.
