This May, Christie’s Hong Kong presents an exceptional selection of magnificent and important Chinese ceramics and works of art from private collections and institutions.
A key highlight is an important and large Qianlong mark and period doucai vase from the Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute of Utica, New York to benefit the Helen Munson Williams Acquisition Fund. Other highlights of the sale range from Tang and Song dynasty ceramics, Imperial porcelain from the Ming and Qing dynasties, Buddhist art, scholar’s objects, jade carvings and Huanghuali furniture.
