A Bridge Between You and Everything: An Exhibition of Iranian Women Artists is presented by the Center for Human Rights in Iran, a NY-based nonpartisan and nonprofit organization working to protect basic rights and freedoms in Iran and promote cultural tolerance and understanding.

A Bridge Between You and Everything Shirin

The exhibition features nearly 100 works – paintings, drawings, sculpture, photography and video – by thirteen contemporary Iranian women artists, both established and rising stars, who began working in the aftermath of Iran’s 1979 revolution.

Curator: Shirin Neshat, an internationally renowned, Iranian-born, New York-based artist whose work includes film, video and photography.

Artistic advisor: Nicky Nodjoumi, Iranian-American artist whose figurative paintings, drawings and collages explore the dynamics of power, history and violence.
