I forgot my Login password. How can I log in?
To reset your GalleriesNow password, click the Sign In link located in the site header and then click 'Forgot Your Password'. You will be prompted to enter your email address; after doing so, click 'Recover Password'. You will receive an email containing a link which will enable you to enter a new password for your account.
You can also visit the ‘Edit Profile’ page to change your password at any point. You can locate the page using the account drop down menu in the upper right hand corner once you have signed in.
Do I need to set up an account in order to make a purchase?
At the checkout you will be given the option to sign in to your account or to checkout as a guest.
How do I change my address or add a new one?
Sign in to your GalleriesNow account and click your user name to view the drop down menu. Select ‘Edit profile’ from the menu. Under ‘Shop Account’ select ‘Addresses’. Here you can choose to 'edit' an existing address or create a new one.
What payment methods does GalleriesNow accept?
GalleriesNow online checkout system accepts credit cards including American Express, Visa and Mastercard. If you would prefer to pay by via another method please enquire at shop@GalleriesNow.net
Can I view a book or artwork in person prior to purchase?

How is shipping calculated on my purchase?
Shipping costs will be added to your order upon checkout, based on your shipping address location. Any duties and taxes will be charged by customs in adherence to the country’s current rates.
When will my order ship and be delivered?
We aim for orders to be dispatched within 3 working days from your order being placed. Once your package or packages are dispatched you will receive the tracking details via email to enable you to follow the progress of the delivery. Do I need to sign for my package upon delivery?
If you have choose a tracked and signed for delivery service at the checkout your package will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that there will be someone available at the delivery address to receive the order.
Which countries does GalleriesNow ship to?
GalleriesNow ships to most countries, if you are unable to locate your country at the checkout do be in touch on shop@GalleriesNow.net and we can assist you.
Can I combine multiple items into one shipment to lower shipping costs?
Multiple items shipping from the same location are combined to minimise shipping charges. However, items shipped from different locations cannot be combined. If you have a specific question about shipping multiple items, please contact shop@GalleriesNow.net
What are your return and cancellation policies?
In the unlikely event that you would like to return an item, please email us at shop@GalleriesNow.net, with the subject line ‘Returns’. Please include the order details, order number and the reason for the return.
Returns must be made within 14 days from the date the order is delivered. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of the order, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Returns must be made in the original condition and packaging, and where appropriate be unused or worn.
As soon as the returned items have been safely received and pass condition checking, refunds will be made, excluding the delivery costs, via the original payment method.
Refunds may be made in full if GalleriesNow or the publisher is at fault, otherwise they may be made with transaction costs deducted.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
All damaged items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. To file a damage report, send detailed photographs of the damage of the item and a photograph of the packaging it arrived in to shop@GalleriesNow.net. Please include your name, order number, and the title of the item. Our team will get back to you promptly with details of how to proceed.
